SHIPPING TO THE CUSTOMER -

For customized luggage we ship out of the factory within 7 to 10 working days of your order being placed and payment made in full. With our ready collection luggage, we ship out of the factory within 3 to 4 working days.
The shipping time can vary depending on your location. It should not however exceed 1 additional week.
We offer a fixed price shipping to anywhere withing the US; $30 for the large case, $25 for the medium and $20 for carry on and all the accessories shipping are free of charge.
For any other locations, outside USA please contact us for a quote. We ship by UPS Ground.
International shipping will vary depending on the weight, number of items, and shipping location.
Expedited shipping is available upon special request and at additional cost.
We use a highly and reliable courier UPS, this company collects the luggage at our factory and delivers it to your door, so the likelihood of it getting lost is minimized.
We cannot ship to P.O. box and APO address.
To avoid duties and taxes we limit deliveries to orders valued to $800.00 per delivery. Thus, if your order exceeds this limit, you will receive several deliveries. These will be spread over a few days.
The shipping cost will be added at checkout.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, we would like to hear from you and make it right. Please complete the Contact Us form in our website.
If you submit a claim online, our quality control team will carefully evaluate your claim and inform you of the follow up options.
If our team determine that the product needs to be sent back to us, we will email you a free shipping label.
